Clancy’s defense lawyer Kevin Reddington on Friday afternoon launched a nasty attack against the one male juror who refused to acquit child killer Lindsay Clancy.

Reddington was gunning for the lone male juror who was digging in his heels.

Lindsay Clancy strangled her three children to death in January 2023.

The young children, Cora (5), Callan (8 months), and Dawson (3), were found dead in the Clancy, Massachusetts, home’s basement.

Lindsay Clancy admitted to killing her three children, however, her defense team is arguing she should not be found guilty by reason of insanity.

On day seven of deliberations, the jury was once again deadlocked and could not come to a unanimous decision because of the one brave (and sane) holdout.

Earlier Friday, Kevin Reddington accused the one male ‘holdout’ of lying under oath, claiming the juror promised to follow the law and is refusing to apply the reasonable doubt standard.

Reddington tried to get the one male juror removed from the case, but Judge Sullivan denied his motion.

In a stunning moment, Reddington also lashed out at the judge for not giving a more “forceful” instruction on proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

The judge hit back at Reddington.

“What do you want me to do, get a brass band?” Judge Sullivan asked Reddington. “I read the instruction as written!”

“I’m not an actor! I’m just giving the instruction!” the judge shouted.

Judge Sullivan eventually declared a mistrial on Friday afternoon after Reddington’s appeal to the Massachusetts Supreme Court was denied.

Clancy’s defense team held a mistrial presser and that’s when Reddington launched an attack on the lone male juror.

“The [other jurors] know that they were robbed by one man for whatever his agenda was, who stole seven weeks of the life of these other jurors that were so attentive, so beautiful, so wonderful…” Reddington said.

“I hope that guy can sleep well at night,” he said.
