Ninety years ago, a teacher was born who would help countless people find a deeper relationship with themselves, with one another, and with the uncertainty of being human. Pema Chödrön has reminded us that our struggles do not need to be solved before we can find peace. Instead, she has shown us how to turn toward our pain with tenderness and curiosity, and how to let that tenderness ripple outward into the world. 🌼 Her teachings remind us that we are not alone in our anxiety, our heartbreak, our uncertainty, or in this life.
