Considering the millions living in this country, it is no surprise that many Americans become victims of criminal illegal aliens.

A 33-year-old woman living in Framingham, MA, was strangled to death in her home in late August by an accused man who is an illegal alien from Brazil.

Flavio Alcantara Dias, 43 years old, is accused of strangling Brianna Connolly to death at her home. She was 33 years old.

Thomas Brandt, who is the assistant DA in Middlesex County, said the accused, Dias, called 911 around 12:30 p.m., asking for the police and saying a homicide had occurred. According to the assistant DA, Dias spoke Portuguese.

A man is being held without bail in connection with a woman found dead at her home in Framingham on Thursday. Framingham police said the suspect, 43-year-old Flavio Dias, called 911 stating he killed the victim by mistake and strangled her.

Dias is being charged with assault and battery causing serious bodily harm. He’s also facing one count of possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card.

The family of the victim, identified as 33-year-old Brianna Connolly, could be seen getting emotional as they heard the details of the case in the courtroom.

Dias claimed that he killed her by mistake and had gone crazy and suffocated and strangled her.

“Brandt claimed Dias then stated on the 911 call that he was at the victim’s home on Waverly Street in Framingham, and they were doing drugs. He said Dias stated they got into an argument because he wanted to have sex, but she did not.” Boston 25 News reported.

Assistant DA Brandt explained that Dias fell asleep and called the police after he woke up and saw that Connolly wasn’t breathing. Dias was waiting outside of her home for the police to arrive.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to Brandt, when the police arrived, they saw blood marks on Connolly’s forehead and the back of her head, and a cord around her neck.

Dias is currently being held without bond and was scheduled to have a hearing on September 4th.
