Late Show” host Stephen Colbert spotted an unusual message from President Donald Trump earlier this week.

During his travels through Asia, the president posted two baffling words on his Truth Social website that he later deleted:

“Uh-oh!” Colbert said as he read the message. “I spy a cognitive ― and when it comes to his brain, things are clearly going South Carerdddd.”

Colbert pronounced each “d.”

He said Trump may have been trying to spell “South Korea.”

“But he can never be wrong, so get ready for new world maps featuring South Carerdddd, North Carerdddd, The Fallopians and, of course, Japanaramadingdong.”

During his trip to Asia, Trump boasted of his cognitive health, claiming he aced a test that he incorrectly said was also an “aptitude” test.

Based on his description, he actually took the Montreal Cognitive Assessment ― or the infamous “person, woman, man, camera, TV” test he took in 2020 ― which is designed to check for signs of cognitive decline and dementia.
