In America today we have some very disturbing goings on. Yes, the United States Constitution guarantees a citizen’s right to free speech. However, when an elected official is publicly inciting violent actions against “civil authority,” is that protected free speech? When elected officials voice that they want to have Sharia Law replace the Constitution of the United States, should they not be removed from office as a national security risk?

If this isn’t an insurrection, then what the hell is it? It is an acknowledged fact that foreign entities and even foreign governments are funding the anti-American violence all over the country. It is an acknowledged fact that domestic and foreign actors are hailing the assassinations that have occurred and suggesting that political assassinations are a “reasonable political tactic.” In 2020, January 6^th was judged by the socialist Democrats and at least one RINO as an insurrection. If that was an insurrection, what we are having today is a one-sided war perpetrated by out-of-control socialist Democrats and endorsed by anti-American elected socialist Democrat officials.

To top it all off, for nearly a year now rogue federal judges have been exceeding their constitutional authority by trying to dictate to the executive branch how to run day-to-day operations of the federal government. Essentially, this is insurrection by lawfare. These federal judges are in violation of their oath of office as are certain members of Congress.

For 100 years, the socialists masquerading as Democrats have been passive-aggressively operating in a low profile. Since July 2024 and the second inauguration of President Trump, the socialist Democrats and their minions have become increasingly and openly violently aggressive. Every one of the Democrat elected officials who have been inciting violence from their constituents should be held accountable as “accessories before the fact” for every politically- motivated murder and assassination that has occurred. They are, in effect, shouting fire in a crowded theater. The socialist Democrats have created and unleashed a cadre of fools who are willing to kill those they hate.

The old Democrat Party was considered patriotic, reasonable, respectful, and respected honorable opposition to the Republican Party. The Democrat Party of today, controlled by the Socialist Democrats of America (SDA), is none of those things. The SDA proved through the recent shutdown that they were not reasonable. The SDA in their violent rhetoric prove they are not patriotic. The SDA respect nothing but their communistic agenda. All of the above demonstrates why the SDA can no longer be honored or respected. We have tried reason and common sense with Democrats and it no longer works.

Because foreign oligarchs and foreign governments are funding the SDA and their violent surrogates all over America and their goal is the destruction of the United States Constitution, there is a term to describe all individuals involved, the enemy. This enemy has been at war with the United States since 2020 when they cheated during the election and fraudulently appointed Joe Biden as President. We now know that the 2020 Presidential election was as dirty as Joe Biden told us it would be.

1. Conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state.2. Insurrection; rebellion.

3. The raising of commotion in a state, not amounting to insurrection; conduct tending to treason, but without an overt act; excitement of discontent against the government, or of resistance to lawful authority.

When six Congress members publicly incites members of the military to mutiny against “military (government) authority,” is that protected speech? When elected officials, who have sworn an oath to “protect and defend the United States Constitution” publicly incite actions by citizens against the “civil and military authority of a constituted government,” have they not violated their sacred oath of office? Do these actions not meet the definition of sedition?

As ugly as this truth is, patriots must resolve themselves to the fact that the enemy has infiltrated our government and is actively working to take over the government from within as Madison predicted.

As ugly as this truth is, patriots need to understand that as great as the United States Constitution is, the freedoms permitted in the Constitution hold the seeds of national suicide if not carefully guarded as Adams pointed out. There is an extremely fine line between freedom of speech and acts of sedition and insurrection. In my humble opinion, those lines have been crossed, and those who crossed them must be held accountable.

Like Washington said 250 years ago, I fear that America is near a crossroads where serious decisions will need to be made to determine whether Americans will be free men or slaves. Communism must not get a greater toehold in the United States than it already has.

If what is going on in America today is not an insurrection, then what exactly is it?
