You all know Allan Lavigne, of course. In addition to being an active member of this website, Allan is the illustrator of my 3 volume USO History series. And in addition to his work on graphic art and design, Allan has a serious background in federal law enforcement and counter surveillance. He also retains interesting contacts in DC and connected to Congress. He therefore is worth listening to regarding his thesis: that there is indeed quiet machinations and discussion going on behind the scenes that are continuing to move the Disclosure needle forward. 

This is not something that everyone believes, and it might well be a minority position. But he makes his case. One of the main points Allan makes here is that there is a genuine possibility that the closed session transcripts of the many UAP whistleblowers could actually be made public. In practice, this is probably a long-shot. At the very least it’s a rare thing. The last time the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence did such a thing was in 2014. So it’s rare but not impossible. 

He has much else to say on all this. None of us has the perfect crystal ball, but this was a good one. Really glad Allan came back on. Many thanks, Allan!
