Leading Japanese researchers have sounded the alarm after discovering traces of Pfizer’s Covid mRNA “vaccine” spike protein inside cancer tissue.
The alarming discovery has sent shockwaves through the world of oncology and is raising new fears about the shots’ potential role in fueling tumor growth.
The startling case was documented in a study led by Dr. Shigetoshi Sano, MD, PhD, Professor of Dermatology at Kochi Medical School and a globally recognized cancer and immunology expert.
The study’s findings were published in the Journal of Dermatological Science.
According to Dr. Sano’s report, an 85-year-old woman, who was previously treated for breast cancer and declared in remission, developed a new skin lesion just weeks after her sixth dose of Pfizer’s mRNA “vaccine.”
A biopsy revealed the lesion was a skin metastasis of invasive breast carcinoma. When researchers stained the tissue, they made a startling discovery:
• The tumor cells tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein
• But negative for nucleocapsid protein — the viral marker that would indicate natural infection
That pattern, Sano explained, points strongly to vaccine-derived spike rather than spike from an infection.
Disturbing Findings
The spike protein was found inside the cytoplasm and even the nuclei of the cancer cells.
The timing is equally concerning: the new metastasis appeared within a month of her sixth Pfizer dose.
While the study is a single case report, the implications are massive.
As the authors warn, this shows for the first time that the mRNA “vaccine” spike protein can lodge in tumor tissue and may alter the biology of cancer cells.
How Could Spike Influence Cancer?
The report highlights multiple pathways scientists are now questioning:
- PD-L1 upregulation: making tumors more evasive to the immune system
- Type I interferon disruption: crippling natural cancer defenses
- Hormone receptor effects: possibly interacting with estrogen signaling in breast cancer
Other experts have previously warned about vaccine contamination and long-lived spike expression, including possibilities of mRNA persistence, extracellular spike uptake, or DNA plasmid fragments integrating into cells.
Alarming Evidence, Demanding Answers
Dr. Sano’s team stresses that follow-up research is urgent:
- In-situ hybridization (ISH) for spike mRNA in tumors
- Mass spectrometry to confirm spike peptides
- Case series and cohort studies to test whether similar patterns appear in other patients
For now, the evidence is clear: an elderly woman’s cancer metastasis tested positive for spike protein directly after repeated Pfizer vaccinations, and not from infection.
That revelation raises disturbing new questions about how long the “vaccine” spike lingers in the body, what it does to vulnerable tissues, and whether it could accelerate or transform cancer progression.
