Klepper aired dueling supercuts featuring two very different lines of attack after Obama suggested during a 2026 midterm campaign rally that Trump’s renovations now “got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory.”

In one of the montages, personalities accused Obama of taking a swipe at working-class Americans, while in the other they argued that the restaurant chain is actually “kind of fancy.”

“Oh. Guys, look, I wanted to be mad with you, but I got to say, now I’m just confused,” said Klepper. “The Cheesecake Factory can’t be a humble yet high-class restaurant for working-class, slash, 1% billionaires to gather with paycheck-to-paycheck members of the Illuminati. It just doesn’t make any sense.”

“Look, I know you’re trying to gin up a new culture war outrage cycle, but you guys are not on the same page here,” he added.

Klepper later returned to Obama’s original criticism, that Trump is “obsessed with home renovations” and suggested that the current president doesn’t “want to fall into his trap.”

But he followed that with a montage of Trump boasting at length about how he has made over the White House.

“I think you fell in the trap,” zinged Klepper. “I will say, it is refreshing to hear Donald Trump talk about something he actually has a working knowledge of.”
