I’ve been reading a book about meeting extraterrestrials. And the author says the majority of the human consciousness is compartmentalized.

I’m just wondering, how do I integrate my consciousness so it would not be tremendously disoriented when meeting extraterrestrials?

OWS

What you are speaking of, you are speaking of assisting yourself, your consciousness, to be ready to accept those that would make contact with you.

And what is needed here is to have no fear of whatsoever.

You must be in a higher vibrational frequency. And this is why this is coming here, more and more, that the vibrational frequency across the planet, even though it may not appear to be so, has increased tremendously, and will continue to do so as these waves of light continue to move into the planet, these waves of energy that continue to increase the vibrational frequency and the consciousness, the collective consciousness across the planet.

So do not be concerned about others and how they are preparing, but you yourself, that you are prepared with, again, no fear whatsoever and raising your vibrational frequency to accept their connection with you. Okay?

I wish to ask this one for clarification.

Dear brother, we heard, you say, that you are reading a book that explains that the human  consciousness or the human brain, we are not sure what word to use, is compartmentalized, and that your question is how can you not be disoriented.

Is that, is that your question?

Yes.

Shoshanna

What, then we would ask, what is compartmentalized have to do with disoriented?

I think compartmentalized is just not being totally open to what’s possible, especially among other races, and like OWS says, not be afraid of what you see and hear in the future.

Shoshanna

Why do you believe, then, that you would be disoriented?

Member

Because, at least for myself, fear is a natural occurrence, and totally always working towards not being afraid or not having a fear.

Shoshanna

We will tell you that in everything that you read, it is the author’s experience, as well as the author’s opinion. So we would say to have your own opinion and have your own experiences, and that which authors lend, if it resonates with you, then you can add it to your experience.

We would say that, if you are one of the human individuals that will make contact, we promise you that you will not be disoriented. We promise you that, if a galactic being presents itself to you, you will be receptive, because they do not present themselves to those that are not receptive.

I think the question of what happens with the physical body. I think it’s important for us to know because we have to prep ourselves up a little bit so we do not be attached to coming back to it. It seems like, if we are going in meditation further and further away, it seems like we would just leave the avatar and the avatar would be back here, probably not seeming to be alive to the humans.

But then again, when you said about there being that sort of light coming in or that wave of light or something, maybe everyone would have that experience.

So I don’t know. What is going to happen?

Are the humans going to think we passed away or are they going to even think, what’s happening with that?

OWS

We will tell you that there is quite a bit of misunderstanding here about this process.

And understand that in the past, in most instances in the past, there has always been the individual ascension. And that required, in many cases, to exit the physical body.

But there have been times where the ascension would include the physical body as well.

And this is those times.

These are those times, where the earth, Gaia, as you know, is in her ascension process and will ascend fully. And when she does, bringing the vibrational frequency to a very high level, only those that are able to be in that vibrational frequency will ascend with her.

Now that has been spoken up in waves of ascension and we will not go into that at this time. But understand that when you are ready yourself, individually, to ascend, you will be taking your physical body with you. But not your physical body, as you know it now. It will have to be transformed. And that is the crystalline transformation that has been spoken of.

It’s becoming a body of light, so to speak, you see, for a crystalline structure holds much, much more light than a carbon-based structure. So that will be required.

And for that to happen, that is where all that has been given up to this point in terms of letting go of all of the attachments and everything that holds you to this third-dimensional illusion and your carbon-based body must be alleviated.

So you, yourself, and all of those that are listening here and resonating to these words, are the ones that will be working on and are, at this point, working on crystallizing their physical body to be able to become a body of light and then to be able to ascend and go through that door, that dimensional door of ascension.

That is how this is in process of working.

Now, there will be, of course, individual differences. Everyone is different and will experience it in their own way and the way that they are prepared to experience it.

Well, we wish for clarification, if we might.

We know dear sister that the depths of your thought is not always expressed in your words. So we will ask a question. We will first ask you to, once again, ask your question as simply as you can, because we have some thoughts.

Will you please restate your question?

What is going to be the experience of the people around us when we ascend?

Will they know that we are gone? Or will it be that there’s a body there and we’re not in it?

Shoshanna

So we will tell you this, dear sister. Your question is based on loss and fear that those that are what you call left behind will feel pain and loss.

Is that not correct?

Member

I actually know it’s based on me coming to grips with, I don’t want to have that pulling me back, that unknowing. I want to know so that I can prepare myself.

If this is how it’s going to be for them, let me prepare myself.

Shoshanna

This is a complicated state that you’re asking about. The body that you are using at this point in time is physical. It cannot traverse the stars. It cannot travel the galaxies.

It cannot ascend of its own accord because it is made of carbon-based materials, minerals, water, bone, flesh. It is meant to walk the earth, you see. And we know you know that. And the distinction that OWS made about the light body, the crystalline body, we will say that you occupy also a light body at this moment in time.

You are a light body and you are a physical body. The physical body is an illusion.

It is holographic in nature. It looks real, but it is not. The light body is the body of the galaxy, is the body of the stars. It is what you are truly made of, you see.

So when you decide to ascend, you will ascend in your light body, which is what you have already. You do not have to create it. You have to acknowledge it and become it, and you will ascend in that body, you see.

The physical body will disappear. It is as your Bible says, ashes to ashes and dust to dust.

It will not exist because it is an illusion to begin with, you see.

You cannot take it with you as it is.

What we cannot answer is what will others believe, what will others experience, and if the experience of others is something that will, as you call, pull you back.

That is your choice, you see.

The light that you live is eternal. The being that you are is eternal.

The beings that around you are eternal. It does not matter if you are here or not here for them, you see.

That is difficult for a human to understand. If you leave the physical body, and the physical body is no longer there, those that know you will miss you for a time, but they will not lament your passing or your disappearance for the rest of their lives, because this is a common occurrence here on this planet. People leave, people go, people come, there are births, there are deaths, it is the cycle of life.

So what you must focus on is becoming your light body, embodying your light body, to ascend with it, and to move past the illusion of the physical and the third dimensional non-reality that you are living in.

We hope we have answered in some way, because what you are asking is not truly that it can be defined by us, just by only by you.

You know, it makes all the difference, because I think the thing that would be tougher for me to grapple with is that if it was like a situation where your body left,

I mean, you left in the body, it was left behind, and people didn’t realize, like nobody even knows that you did anything, you know what I mean?

It’s like you’ve had all this work, and maybe they won’t know anyway, but you’ve had all this work, and nobody even realizes it, because it looked like you just died unexpectedly.

So, I mean, maybe that’s a stupid concern I thought to have, but it did give me a love more of a…

We have one thing here that may help to clear up the confusion. Once you have ascended, and are in the higher vibrational frequency, you are able to turn back around and come back and be with those ones that you left behind, not in the way that you were previously, but they will be aware of you as the veil, the so-called veil, will be either nonexistent or very, very thin at that point, and they will be aware of you and you of them.

You see, you can go back, they cannot go forward though, until they are ready for their ascension as well.

We have heard this before from you, that you are concerned that your work, your progress, your understanding, what you have accomplished will be forgotten, will not be acknowledged.

That is the furthest from the truth. Every minute that you live, wherever you live, if you are in the galaxy, or if you are walking the earth, every minute is recorded, is recognized by your soul consciousness, and by the collective soul consciousness, and is used to form worlds, to create new life, to create magnificent, your energy, your energetic presence, and continues on, so you cannot ever lose what you do.

They are attacking President Trump on all sides before the midterms, and they are increasing gas prices and anything else they can do to possibly slow him down or stop him.

In your estimation, do you feel we gain back control of the House and Senate in November?

OWS

We hesitate to go in that direction here, because that is something you just have to wait and see how things play out. But we will tell you that it is all part of the greater plan. So everything that occurs within the illusions is all about moving beyond the illusions, all about coming to the next stage of consciousness, we will say here, the collective consciousness. The collective consciousness increases.

So do not think in terms of the minute, the minute, this year, but think in terms of the bigger picture, how everything is playing out exactly as it is needed in the given moment.

That is what we will say.

You know, it is not quite what you were watching, but we cannot give that at this point.

My question is, how can we learn from the fall of Lemuria, Atlantis, the Mayans, etc?

How can we learn from what they didn’t accomplish?

My dear ones, you are learning the collective consciousness is learning from everything that has happened in the past. Everything is a part of the record, the soul record of each and every one of you. So do not be concerned about what Atlantis did, or did not do, or Lemuria did or did not do, did they ascend, did they not ascend, did they fall from grace and all of these things that you hear. Do not be concerned about that. Be concerned about you now in the moment, this moment right now is all that matters.

Time as you understand this does not matter. Time as you understand it is not even real. So, let the past be the past. We have said this many, many times.

Let go of the past. Be in the present now as much as you possibly can. And everything, and we mean everything, will  take care of itself.

What is it that you wish to learn?

The mistakes, anything that we could do to help our process.

Shoshanna

Well, we will tell you this.

The mistake is the learning process. You cannot learn without mistakes.

You have to do something that you learn from. You don’t learn without mistakes.

You come to understanding when you do something and the consequences come into being and you say, “oh, I didn’t, I didn’t want that”.

And you realize that your actions caused an effect that you did not want.

So, you don’t do that again, you see.

So, how can we tell you to learn without making a mistake?

Well, the other time was with Yeshua. Remember, he wrote those new scriptures.

That was all a time that they started all this process we were going through right now and it stopped because we weren’t ready.

And I wondered, what were we not ready for?

Shoshanna

Well, this is the difficulty of being in a human body. The difficulty of being in a human presence in a human body is waiting and wondering and thinking that you have some kind of control. But your soul made a plan.

You made a plan before you incarnated and everything that you are doing at present is the unfoldment of that plan.

So, you must live daily in search of what the plan is for you and listen to your higher knowing and your higher self. That is traversing this plan. That is how you do it.

And find a joy as OWS has given so many times, “find a joy in each moment”, increase your frequency, work on your frequency and your vibration through the highest love of the soul, be compassionate, all the little things that make up an ascended theme.

When you are drawn to the ego as the Atlantians were and somewhat the Lemurians were, the ego will send you in the wrong direction. And that which you have accomplished will just integrate because you are now servicing the soul, the ego is serviced the soul.

So, we will tell you that we cannot answer your question because your light is the unfoldment of your plan. As is everyone around, their lives are the unfoldment of their plan, which you have not the power to interfere with, no matter what you think you do.

So, just be patient. Love as unconditionally as you can. Be compassionate and understanding with yourself, with others, and your plan will unfold before you,

So, we will just say that we cannot in any way define the lives of a person as their plan is their plan and they must know their plan and allow their plan to unfold.

Very good and we say to continue to prepare yourself. Just as we have been assisting in preparing you, continue to prepare yourself for the times that are coming where you are coming closer and closer to that dimensional door.
