But supplying weapons and support for Israel to kill tens of thousands in Gaza was fine – Israel’s right to defend itself. It was okay to supply weapons and support for countless earlier attacks on Lebanon civilians too. It was fine to kill thousands of Iranian civilians in joint bombings. But, oh, now we are desperate to open the strait and so, abracadabra, killing civilians is wrong. Show me a leading politician and I’ll show you a corrupt liar. It’s how they get to ‘lead’.
