Tonight I witnessed an object in the sky that I've never seen before. It was moving in circular motions, both up and down, almost like it was spinning in place. I honestly can't explain what it was. I was able to capture a video. If you look to the right side of the frame, you can see the object moving away before it eventually leaves the shot. I couldn't tell how high it was or how fast it was moving, but the whole thing was extremely strange. This occurred at 6:21PM above Fayette City, Pennsylvania. - I observed the circular motion pulled the car over, and as you see the object flying away. Additionally, I checked flight radar, and there were no flights in this direction at this time which makes us even more odd.
