His appearance marked the third time a boxer had joined Trump onstage in recent days, following prior events with Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. Mayweather has previously expressed support for Trump, including comments in a February 2025 Fox Business interview describing him as the best president in his view due to his business background.
He also appeared at Trump’s first term inauguration in 2017.
Elsewhere in the rally, Trump paid tribute to the late Charlie Kirk. Wednesday marked what would have been Kirk’s 33rd birthday. When Trump mentioned Kirk’s name, the crowd chanted “Charlie! Charlie!”
Trump described the Turning Point USA founder as a great man and a great friend of his who had helped him win key elections. “In Charlie’s honor, we want you to go out and vote and let’s have a BIG victory. He’d be out there fighting like nobody else. So let’s have a big victory in honor of Charlie Kirk,” the president said.

The Bullhead City event formed part of Trump’s ongoing series of midterm campaign rallies. He has held multiple such events across the country in October, including recent stops in states such as Ohio, Alaska, New York, and Nebraska, with plans for additional appearances in Montana later on October 14 and further locations in the following days.
These rallies have concentrated in areas Trump carried in prior elections as Republicans seek to maintain control of Congress and state offices amid the midterm contests.
