For many years it was my speculation that witnessesed NHI events were part of expeditionary forces that always returned to their home worlds.
This was suggested to me in part by the Betty Hill abduction incident when Betty’s abductor shared, while explaining a 3D star map to her, that the heavy lines on the map were places they traveled often, the thinner lines were trade routes, and the dotted lines like the one connected to Earth were expeditionary.
In hindsight this wouldn’t have exclude the possibility of a base on Earth. I simply believed at the time that such NHI incidents were rare and no base here would be needed.
Now, many years later, with far, far more reports of such incidentsand activities, it’s clear to me that the NHI presence is ubiquitous.
With global.credible reports averaging 50,000 per year, and postulating that only 1 in 10 incidents are reported, the possible total number of incidents maybe be 500,000.
If we extrapolate 4 pilots per craft you have 2 million operators. That is the same size as Russia’s standing army.
Two million NHI would clearly be far more than simply an expeditionary force and suggests at a minimum a soft colonization.
Just feeding, clothing, and providing other homeostasic needs, even if the 2 million were rotated out annually, would require a robust supply chain from their home worlds and a base to store such supplies and service needs.
The evidence of a UFO base six miles outside of Sedona Arizona, and proof of an American underground base monitoring the UAP acitivity there Ross Coulthart first shared on his own show “Reality Check” on May 10th, and later repeated on Jesse Michael’s show.

It revealed a strong military presence around the locations of “Secret Mountain, and Secret Canyon”, which were corroborated by videos, photographs, eyewitness testimony, and physical evidence including 3 phase power generation stations found in 3 hidden locations in the surrounding desert, and ground penatrating radar indicating a tunnel immediately beneath the desert floor measuring 50 feet wide.
On May 19th Ross followed up with a 2nd documentary on Sedona where he filmed excellent video evidence of a massive UAP being escorted by helicopters over “Secret Mountain”.

Regarding other base locations such as “Mt. Zeal” in Australia, Ross shared that the Australian military and locals do assert a base is present there.
As to “Hawks” assertion of a Nevada base, I don’t believe he was conflating it with Sedona, but instead the Nevada base may be the home of the infamous “Tall Whites” written about by Officer Charles Hall, who claimed that the Tall Whites were very territorial about their base on the Nellis Airforce range in Nevada and reluctant to fratinize with humans.
Regarding NHI secrecy, as I’ve noted numerous times, and based on my professional training and knowledge as a Counter Surveillance Dection Officer for Homeland Security, there is absolutely not the slightest indication of any type, at most anytime, of any attempt at cover or concealment by the NHI.
Nor have I read of any other than during the course of military self defense on their behalf in engagement with terrestrial war fighters.
For the most part they are “In your face screaming for attention lit up like a Christmas tree and landing many times in highly populated urban areas and speaking to anyone present about their agenda points; “Nuclear Disarmament,”, “Pending manmade or natural disasters”, “Anthropogenic abuse”, or “Hybriding for human or Alien preservation.”
As to NHI bases being concealed; to the general public they are not publicized or found on celebrity homes maps, though I doubt that their locations are any secret to world governments, which is exactly what “Hawk” noted in his book, and that there was contact with them though relations were tense.
The American military seems to clearly know about the Sedona base, and Ross has shared that the Australian military is aware of a base on Mt. Zeal.
I agree with Richard that the general public continues to be treated by world governments like mushrooms. Though that is true about most all matters concerning global hegemony, science, and the true nature of reality.
As comedian George Carlin exclaimed “It’s one big club and we’re not members.”
