Christopher Bache speaks about reincarnation with unusual certainty, and Tami Simon asks him where that certainty actually comes from. Is it the research, or something he has been through himself? Both, he says, and he is precise about which does what. Forty years of reading the literature shaped his thinking. What gave it conviction was personal: three years of hypnotherapeutic regression, working with around a dozen lives, healing them and being healed by them in turn. And alongside that, his psychedelic work, which opened an entirely different category. In some of those sessions he relived what he understood to be trauma from former lives, and old conflicts with people who are in his life now. What convinced him was not the content but the texture. So much detail, so much intimacy, that the idea of his mind inventing it simply did not hold. It felt like memory rather than construction. What he describes next is larger. Being taken into the love and heart and intelligence of what he calls the divine, and the clarity and depth of love in it. Once that horizon opens, the mechanisms he had spent decades studying stop looking like separate curiosities and start looking like one pattern. Whatever this oneness is, it has manifested as the universe, and us within it. It does not think in short terms and it does not think small. It thinks in billions upon billions of years. It is growing a universe from nothing into whatever this is now, and continuing. We are inside that process, not watching it. And when you touch the essence of your own being and find it is one with the essence of everything, the intellectual knowledge fuses with the heart. What is left is simple. It is true, and it is real. Want to go deeper with Christopher Bache? Join Sounds True One for more teachings like this.
