I am a WW2 Jewish Holocaust-impacted anti-racist Jewish Australian scientist and humanitarian writer with a sole national allegiance to the land of my birth, Australia.

I am accordingly inescapably bound by the core imperatives  from the WW2 Jewish Holocaust, specifically “zero tolerance for lying”, “zero tolerance for racism”, “bear witness” and “never again to anyone”.

The ongoing US-Israeli-imposed Gaza Genocide has been associated  with 875,000 Gaza “deaths from violence and deprivation” (Google this phrase) but Western Mainstream media report only 73,000 deaths,  a 12-fold under-counting of the carnage that ignores a huge number of deaths from imposed deprivation [1].   

In the face of the  near-comprehensive Australian Mainstream ignoring of the horrific extent of Gaza Genocide (875,000 killed by violence and deprivation in the first two years including 325,000 children, 207,000 women and 342,000 men) [1] I have been compelled to write this Open Letter to Australian Federal Parliamentarians that also incorporates by way of example a carefully researched Letter recently sent to Australian Mainstream media but unpublished in a continuing  process of repugnant genocide-ignoring, holocaust-ignoring, genocide denial and holocaust denial.

One notes that substantial minimization of the horrific actuality of the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed by violence and deprivation) is punished by imprisonment for  “Holocaust denial” in 20 European countries.

Australia has been subject to Zionist subversion in 50 ways [2] and is consequently second only to Zionist-perverted America  as a fervent supporter of Apartheid Israel and hence of the intolerable crime of Apartheid [3]. Those supporting genocidal Apartheid Israel and hence the intolerable crime of Apartheid are unfit for public life and public office. Zionism is genocidal racism and Nazism without gas chambers and mass murder of thousands at a time but with human rights-violating, war criminal  and genocidal Apartheid Israel having 90 nuclear weapons (ICAN), rejecting the planet-saving TPNW, and having one of the world’s leading high technology militaries and world-leading war and surveillance industries.  

After the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre (69 killed) and the 1976 Soweto Massacre (176 killed) the world overwhelmingly united in sanctioning Apartheid South Africa and its obscene supporters. The 3-year Gaza Genocide (over 875,000 killed by violence and deprivation) and the century-long Palestinian Genocide and Palestinian Holocaust (over 3 million such deaths) surely demand Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against genocidal Apartheid Israel and all people, politicians, parties, collectives, companies and countries supporting this child-, mother- and women-killing Apartheid rogue state.   

Under a Zionist-perverted and Right-wing  Labor Government Australia lies for Apartheid Israel in 35 ways [4,5], is complicit in the Gaza Genocide in 20 ways [6], and by imposing draconian Zionist McCarthyism on all Australian institutions (notably hospitals, clinics, universities and schools) and on all Australians (notably doctors, nurses, health workers, academics, teachers, students, writers and journalists) [7] has been notoriously attempting with the help of mendacious Mainstream media to hide the horrific extent of the Gaza Genocide  by a huge campaign of “antisemitism hysteria” and “terror hysteria”[1]. Indeed Australia’s Far Right state of Queensland has legislated two years in prison for merely saying “from the river to the sea” or “globalize the intifada [struggle]” and two anti-racist Jewish humanitarians were among the first to be arrested. The author of “Free Palestine. End Apartheid Israel, Human Rights Denial, Gaza Massacre, Child Killing, Occupation and Palestinian Genocide” I have been advised by a senior lawyer “Don’t go to Queensland”. 

Labor  demands universal adoption  of the false antisemitism definition of the fervently Zionist International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) that is anti-Jewish anti-Semitic and anti-Arab anti-Semitic (by falsely defaming anti-racist Jews, Palestinians, Arabs, and Muslims as asserted “anti-Semites” for criticizing the genocidal  crimes of child-, mother- and women-killing Apartheid Israel) and holocaust denying (by ignoring all WW2 holocausts other than the WW2 Jewish Holocaust, and indeed ignoring some 70 genocides and holocausts). There is a shocking documented list of 52 Zionist- and Apartheid Israeli-Nazi Germany comparisons [8] but saying so is “antisemitism” to the racist and mendacious Zionist IHRA and its supporters.

Mainstream Australia ignores a large body of eminent anti-racist (and hence anti-Zionist) Jewish and non-Jewish scholars writers and leaders (Google “Jews against racist Zionism” and “Non-Jews against racist Zionism”). It likewise ignores  false and damaging Zionist defamation of anti-racist Jews (anti-Jewish anti-Semitism against anti-racist Jews) as reported by me and the wonderful anti-racist Jewish Council of Australia to the Labor-appointed Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion whose Terms of Reference  included adoption of the false “IHRA Definition of Antisemitism”. 

As a scientist, humanitarian and responsible citizen I have been “speaking truth to power” for three decades about atrocities  involving but ignored by genocide-complicit Australia, notably (deaths from violence, disease and deprivation in brackets) the post-1788 Australian Aboriginal Genocide (5 million), 1942-1945 WW2 Bengali Holocaust and Indian Holocaust (6-7 million), 1950-1953 Korean Genocide (5 million), 1978 onwards sanctions-imposed Iranian Genocide (3 million), 1990-2011 Iraqi Genocide (5 million), 2001-2021 Afghan Genocide (8 million), post-WW2 US Asian wars (40 million), and the US-imposed post-9/11 Muslim Genocide and Muslim Holocaust (32 million) [9]. 

Yet racism and lying  is entrenched in White-dominated Australia (“non-Whites” are 25% of the population but occupy only 5% of executive positions in business, government and universities). Australia has violated all Indo-Pacific nations as a US or UK ally or as a leading climate criminal nation, and was involved in eight US-backed coups in this region (the last three also involving Apartheid Israel) [10].

It gets far, far worse. The world is existentially threatened by nuclear weapons and climate change (Stephen Hawking). Yet Australia is tightly linked to US nuclear terrorism by permitting US nuclear-armed submarines and nuclear-armed B52 bombers to operate from Australian bases (“rotations” as with thousands of US troops in northern Australia according to Labor’s semantics) and hosts the key Pine Gap electronic spying base in Central Australia that is crucial for US nuclear war strategy and targets US and Israeli missile strikes in the Middle East (all this making Australia a prime nuclear target). Despite political rhetoric, atmospheric greenhouse gas (GHG) levels are inexorably increasing. The world average applied Carbon Price is $2 per tonne CO2 (IMF) instead of the $200 per tonne CO2 it should be. Australia has 0.3% of the world’s population but its Domestic plus Exported GHG pollution is 5% of the world’s total. The climate criminal Australian Labor Government asserts support for “net zero emissions by 2050” (the anti-science Coalition and One Nation Opposition is totally opposed) but rejects adoption of a fully damage-related Carbon Price, is fervently pro-gas and is massively increasing Australia’s fossil fuel exploitation.  

Over the last three years of the Gaza Genocide I have sent hundreds of Letters to Australian Mainstream media about these matters – literally thousands of Letter. Editor submissions. However only half a dozen of these Letters have been published. I have published all of these Letters on a website “Australian Mainstream media lying & censorship”: see this, as a documentary testament to what Australian Mainstream media don’t want their consumers to see, know about or think about.

My most recent Letter: “30 July 2026. Greens condemn  Gaza genocide, nuclear & climate threats. There are 2 key moral issues for Australian voters: (A) The US-Israeli-imposed and Australia-complicit Gaza Genocide (875,000 “deaths from violence and deprivation” – Google this phrase) and (B) Nuclear terrorism and Climate Genocide (in the continuing absence of requisite action 10 billion (mostly CHILDREN) to die en route to a sustainable population of only 1 billion by 2100; see Gideon Polya, “Climate Crisis, Climate Genocide & Solutions”).

(A) The 2026 Labor Conference ignored the Gaza Genocide with only the honorable Ed Husic dissenting. Of 226 Federal Parliamentarians only the Greens and a few like-minded Others demand action to stop this atrocity – the Rest  ignore the Gaza Genocide and fervently support Australia-violating Apartheid Israel and hence the intolerable crimes of Genocide, Apartheid and Treason.

(B) The world is existentially threatened by climate change and nuclear weapons (Stephen Hawking). Only the Greens oppose the unspeakable obscenity of Australian complicity in US nuclear terrorism. Only the science-informed Greens, Labor and a few Others join the World  in demanding “net zero emissions” (although mendacious Labor is pro-gas and rejects a requisite Carbon Tax). However the  anti-science Coalition and One Nation have a common terracidal policy of “ditch net zero”. Silence is complicity.”

Properly informed, people world-wide buying Australian goods and services or intimate with Australians, will ask: “What sort of people am I dealing with?” Silence is complicity.  Lying by omission is far, far worse than repugnant lying by commission because the latter at least permits public refutation and public debate. In the interests of Humanity’s core ethos of Kindness and Truth please disseminate this Letter with attribution to everyone you can.
