PROTECT YOUR DNA WITH QUANTUM TECHNOLOGY
Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwaySen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) warned that President Donald Trump is “compromised” when it comes to AI following multiple aggressive remarks made by the president against regulating the controversial technology.
The senator called out 1789 Capital, a venture firm in which Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. is a partner. House Democrats launched an investigation into the firm following its success during the second Trump administration.
“They’ve invested heavily in AI labs,” Ossoff said Monday on MS NOW’s “The Last Word,” hosted by Lawrence O’Donnell. “They’ve invested heavily in data centers. So the first family has a financial stake in this industry, and as a result, the president of the United States is compromised.”
Reuters reported last year that the firm made major investments in AI, including billionaire Elon Musk’s xAI, which merged with SpaceX and hit $1 billion in assets.

The president, who regularly posts AI slop on social media, had railed against the growing concerns over artificial intelligence and data centers earlier Monday.
“AI taking over the World, destroying Humanity, and all other things bad, is a HOAX, no different from RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA — UKRAINE, UKRAINE, UKRAINE — IMPEACHMENT HOAX #1 — IMPEACHMENT HOAX #2 — and all of the other HOAXES and SCAMS that America was forced to endure through the Destructionists’ and Deviants’ foul play and illegal conduct,” Trump wrote.
His meltdown came as tech leaders have called for more regulations amid fears of disastrous consequences if guardrails are not put in place.
“We need to be fortifying the nation against bioterrorism, one of the most significant potential threats associated with this technology, but Donald Trump basically says we’re going to sit on our hands and hope for the best,” Ossoff said Monday.
Earlier in the episode, O’Donnell called Trump the “worst possible person” to handle the potential dangers of AI.
“We already know that Donald Trump is a dangerously corrupt and incompetent man,” Ossoff said. “The question is what we’re going to do about it.”
